I learned that things can change; looking at challenges through different lenses makes a difference.

I gained a better understanding of colleagues' perspectives and was able to initiate relationships with people I'd had little contact with before.

This was time well spent. It's always encouraging to hear the thoughts of others, share yours, feel validated in your beliefs, and work through your challenges with others in an open and honest environment.

The experience was fun, engaging and insightful. It left the team feeling energised, appreciated and optimistic about the year ahead… As well as a bit more magical than they did at the start of the day!

Everyone can be creative. Society has made us less creative, but you have to break out of the structural barriers. Think like a child. Have no fears. Have fun.

Abracademy provided an excellent service. A professional and personal service, ensuring that our children received lively and engaging sessions. They taught our children across 8 weeks and the children couldn’t wait for their “magic” sessions each week! They raced onto the playground to show their friends, parents and staff their new found skills!! I will be using the company again!

The smooth guidance of the trainers helped us to learn. It was a good mix of theory and fun, and it was tailored to the needs of the team, creating a safe space to speak up.

I loved the Culture Background exercise; I did not realise how strongly we are impacted by things that happened 30 years ago...

It was very entertaining, but also very deep regarding inter-human skills.

We noticed an immediate change in how the team were together... people expressed more appreciation for one another. Abracademy created a space where the team could open up and be vulnerable. As well as that, it was incredibly fun and playful!

I'm sceptical of virtual events because I really miss in-person gatherings. But I was beyond impressed with Abracademy's retreat. I love that sessions were facilitated as it allowed our leaders to be present.

Silly ideas can become meaningful so encourage people to be creative and silly, especially in the beginning... Quantity vs quality!

This is by far the best thing I have done at any company to help me be better at my role and of course, communication.

Abracademy were so effective in bringing us together with purpose. We left with a deeper appreciation for our mission and for each other.

It triggered a chance to unearth some critical problems. Even virtually, it felt very valuable to meet and connect.

The flow of the programme was well designed. And during online sessions, the break-out rooms supported a more efficient and intimate environment.

I liked seeing where my colleagues felt they were on the communication matrix; it reminded us that we're not alone, we all have struggles.

The highlight was the Magic of Teams because how we handle hard work together is critical. It’s important to take a moment, listen to each other, be vulnerable and think about how to become a high performing team

I appreciated connecting with new colleagues plus deepening existing relationships. A colleague and I talked about the conflict we had... we reflected on it and gained so much empathy for one another. This was a beautiful moment.

It was slightly outside my comfort zone, but those pushes are exactly what I need to become a better (and more magical more creative) me!

The trainers were very sensitive and got to the core of team problems fast.

We now know how to allow continuous improvement to flourish in the team.
